General Policies

Reservations

• Prices listed does not include tax and are subject to a 13% harmonized sales tax (HST).
• Any advertised room rates are subject to change without notice with exception for any reservation that has been confirmed.
• Any confirmed reservation rate is guaranteed, except for the inclusion of additional fees such as damages, or sales such as meals and merchandise.
• A reservation can only be made of those of 18 years old, and failure to provide to proof of age using government issued identification will lead to termination of reservation.
• Personal information such as first and last name, email address, telephone number, and any pertinent information will be collected at the time of reservation as well as the time of check in according to standard practise.
• Any confirmed reservation will receive a confirmation email.
• Any confirmed reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival, after which the reservation will no longer be guaranteed can be terminated.

Checking In

• Check in time is any time after 3:00 pm on the reserved day.
• Check in is at reception within the restaurant.
• Government issued photo identification may be required at the time of check in.
• Additional information such as telephone number, email address, physical address, and license plate number for and vehicles may be collected as per standard practise.
• The inn retains the right to cancel and refuse accommodation in cases were attending guests will be more than the maximum occupancy of a room.

Stay

• Guests are required to indicate the need for house keeping services as well as special accommodations requests.
• Guests are able to call the inn’s telephone number for when in need of additional services.
• Guests are able to call the inn’s after-hours number during minimal service hours when in need of additional services.

Check-out

• Check out time is any time before 11:00 am on the day specified as the checkout date.
• Key can be left within the room.

Cancellation

• A guest may cancel any reservation at any time.
• If a guest cancels before 24 hours of time of check in then no charge will apply.
• If a guest cancels within 24 hours of check in then one day will be charged.
• If a guest decides to shorten a stay within 24 hours of the reserved day they will be charged for that day.

Extension

• The inn can extend stays based on availability.
• The inn has the right to refuse extensions based on availability as well ability to render services.

Specific Policies

Service Hours

• Inn's standard hours is from Monday to Sundays from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm.
• Inns minimum services hours is from 10:30 pm to 10:30 am the next day.
• Restaurant service hours is from Wednesday to Sundays from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Restaurant may close earlier than expected depending on last reservations.
• Restaurant service hours are subject to change without notice.
• Restaurant may close due to privately booked events.
• Administration standard hours are from Monday and Tuesdays from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm.
• Administration minimum service hours are from Wednesdays to Sundays from 2:00 am to 10:30 pm.

Standard Booking Price

• Standard price includes room, utilities, furniture, internet, cable TV, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, cleaning before and after your stay.
• Standard price excludes 13% HST tax and restaurant dinning.

Smoking Policy

• Each room, cabin, and restaurant are smoking free.
• No smoking is allowed within the building or at the entry point to any accommodation or restaurant.
• Any sign of smoking will result in a $180 fine.
• Repeat offense will lead to termination of the stay without refund.

Pets

• The inn does allow pets at the cost of a $40 housekeeping fee.
• Pets are not allowed on the beds and any damage to linens will result in $200 fine.
• Repeat offense will lead to termination of the stay without refund.

Noise

• Excessive noise is not tolerated on the premise.
• Repeat offense will lead to termination of the stay without refund.

Subletting

• Only registered guests may stay at the inn.
• Third party reservations or agreements made outside of Google reserve, AirBnB, Expedia, Booking.com, Cloudbeds, and our own website is not be honoured by the inn.
  
• Resale or subletting of reservations is not tolerated and will result in termination of stay without refund.

Damages

• The inn will provide equipment and furniture in a usable state to guests.
• All equipment and furniture within the room is to be treated with care and kept in order by the guests.
• Any deficiency in condition or functionality and integrity of the equipment and furniture due to neglect or willful intension will lead to a fine depending on the cost of repairs, and will be billed to the guest.
• Repeat offense will lead to termination of the stay without refund.

Children

• Guest’s children stay for free.
• Guest’s children must be supervised at all times.

Parking

• The driveway in front of the cabins is a designated parking zone for guests.
• Each guest is required to park in a manner that other vehicles can get around.

Alcohol

• Alcohol purchased from outside the property is not permitted on the inn property.
• All alcohol must be purchased from the bar.
• Alcohol purchased from the bar can be taken rooms.
• Alcohol cannot be taken on any roadway or off the premises.
• Repeat offense will lead to termination of the stay without refund.
• Room Cleaning Policy Room refreshes will not be offered during stays.
• Should you need fresh towels or linen, please call the front desk.

Firearms

• Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms.
• Subject to the following restrictions, guests of inn who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotel premises, provided that the presence of the firearm on hotel premises: Is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest room.
• Repeat offense will lead to termination of the stay without refund.
• The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.

Guest Safety Policy

• As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement.
• This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls.
• It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. ;
