D Sanctum Resort, as locals know, is a quiet, peaceful small resort, with a character. D Sanctum was formerly Cambridge Farm Hotel which was established and managed by its owners Ellie and late Chris Dearne. Now managed and owned by their daughter Jane.
D Sanctum is located in the heart of San Isidro, away from the bustling busy streets of General Santos, nestled with trees and garden plants grown by Ellie. Used to be the only grower of Calabash trees bearing miracle fruit in GenSan, as Ellie exported the seeds from Nigeria.
A Mediterranean new look or what others say is Santorini-like due to its white appearance. The only difference is that D Sanctum is not built on the caldera, but refurbished and revived into a chic, refreshing, relaxing romantic, and truly unforgettable promising place.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations received with 14 days or more notice, will be refunded in full less any bank charges. Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Failure to arrive at the resort is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Rooms will be held until 10pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. If you are unable to use your room and fail to arrive before 10pm without informing us of your late arrival, rooms will be released, and reservation fee will be forfeited. Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
Rebooking Policy Rebooking must be done 14 days prior to date of arrival, otherwise re booking may not be permitted.

Introduction
This terms & conditions applies to all guests of the resort.
Proof of ID
Photo ID issued by government compulsory for all occupants including sharer.
Check in/ Check out Early check in/Late check out
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon.
Early check in/Late check out privileges are subject to availability and will incur a charge.
Keys
Keys must be deposited at the Front Desk wherever guest leaves the resort and at the time of check out. A Php1000 charge applies for each room key that is damaged, misplaced or lost.
Payments
Bills must be settled upon arrival either by payment in cash, or in advance via Credit Cards, G Cash or Bank Transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
Visitors Visitors are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM
Personal Items
Guests should ensure that their room door is always properly secure. The resort cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in rooms.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and in the public areas of the resort. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes. Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on premises will incur a USD 250 fine per occurrence, except for smoking in designated smoking areas.
Pet Policy
Pets or animals are not allowed in the resort.
Car Parking
Car parking is free of charge. Cars are parked at the Guest’s own risk and the Resort cannot guarantee the security of your car or its contents. Guests are advised to ensure cars are locked securely, that all windows are securely closed, and possessions left out of sight.
Behaviour/Disturbance/Damage to Resort Property
You are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to the resort during your stay. If in the opinion of our Management your behaviour is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other guests, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated, and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred. Guests are not allowed to move furnishings or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or on the premises of the resort without the consent of the resort management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay, please report immediately to the Front Desk and we will repair this as soon as possible. Guests are to observe night-time peace and quiet, they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the resort. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
Washing of Clothes
Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room, laundry is available in the hotel, ask the Front Desk.
Ill/Injured
If the guest becomes ill or injured, the resort can help the provision of medical assistance or, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expense.
Travel Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate.

Right of Refusal
The Resort reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
Management Rights
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the resort premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moments without previous notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room or rent the room to another guest. This will only happen if the person(s) occupying the room(s) are disturbing the place or / and safety from the resort / personnel or other resort guests.
