If you need to cancel your reservation, the credit from your deposit can be applied toward a new reservation within six months of your original check-in date. When booking through a third party, cancellations within 30 days of your check-in date, early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay in accordance with the third party's terms.We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations due to COVID/illness, travel restrictions, or airline disruptions to Roatan.

Rates & Inclusions

Our nightly rates include daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, daily cleaning service, and use of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes, including 15% Honduran Sales Tax and 4% Honduran Tourism Tax.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). The remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be settled in cash (USD or HNL) or with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

For direct bookings, cancellations will receive a credit equal to the deposit amount, valid toward a future stay within six months of the original check-in date. This policy applies only to reservations made directly through Puerta Azul and does not extend to third-party bookings. When booking through a third party, cancellations within 30 days of your check-in date, early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay in accordance with the third party’s terms.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as Puerta Azul is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to illness, flight delays, airline cancellations, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
