Terms and Conditions for Trulli di Bacco
Welcome to Trulli di Bacco! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.
1. Reservation Policy
- Your reservation is guaranteed once full payment is made. We will charge your credit card immediately upon confirmation of your reservation.
- The number of occupants in each suite or room must match the number specified in the booking. An additional charge of 50 euros per extra guest may apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
- The total cost of the reservation is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
3. Arrival and DepartureCheck-in: 4:00 PM
- You may check in any time after 4:00 PM local time.
- Upon arrival, you will either be handed your room key or provided with instructions on where to find it.
- The main entrance of Trulli di Bacco is located at Contrada Neglia Rizzo, number 14.
- Check-in cannot be completed until full payment has been received and approved.
- Any replacement costs for lost keys will be charged to your credit card.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
- You may check out any time before 11:00 AM local time.
- Late check-outs can be requested but are subject to room availability and a fee of 50 euros. Late check-outs can be accommodated until 3:00 PM at the latest.
- A detailed inspection of the room will be conducted after check-out. We reserve the right to charge for any damages, breakages, or missing items.
- Bed linen and towels are property of Trulli di Bacco and must remain in the room.
4. Room Policy & Damages
- Guests must report any pre-existing damages or issues to the staff immediately upon registration.
- Guests are responsible for treating the suites, rooms, equipment, and furniture with care. Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately to the staff.
- Guests are liable for any damages or breakages exceeding normal wear and tear.
- Trulli di Bacco reserves the right to take necessary actions to resolve any issues, including damages or missing items, and ensure all equipment and facilities are functional as expected. A detailed damage report and invoice for repair or replacement costs will be sent via email, and charges will be deducted from the credit card used for the booking.
5. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites and rooms.
6. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed in all suites and rooms. A fine of 100 euros will be imposed if pets are found in suites or rooms.
7. Respect of the Neighborhood
- Trulli di Bacco is situated in a residential area. Guests are requested to respect the property and privacy of neighbors and avoid excessive noise between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
8. Standard Booking PriceThe standard booking price includes:
- All taxes (except city tax)
- Utilities (water, gas, and electricity)
- Internet
- Towels, bed linen, and hairdryer
- Cleaning:
- For short stays (minimum 3 days), daily cleaning is included.
- For long stays (minimum 1 week), cleaning is provided before and after your stay. Regular cleaning during the stay is available upon request for an additional charge of 20 euros.
- All amenities and facilities as listed on our website and in our correspondence
9. Extending Your Stay
- To extend your stay, please inform us before your arrival or at least 24 hours before your check-out date. We will accommodate your request based on availability, which may include relocating you to a similar apartment if necessary.
10. Parking
- Free parking is available for all guests.
