- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
- Occupancy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, a maximum number of guests per cabin is strictly enforced. Should your party exceed this limit, kindly book an additional room or cabin. A charge of Php 1,000 per person will be applied for each individual found occupying the room beyond its capacity. An additional charge of Php 300 will apply for each extra person, except for children 7 years and below, who stay free of charge.
- Room Inspection: Prior to check-out, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection of the room for any damages or lost items. Any incurred charges will be settled before the check-out process is completed.
- Pet Policy: We understand that pets are part of the family! Pets are allowed in our lodging; however, we kindly ask that they be leashed and their mess be promptly cleaned up by their owners.
- Parking: Parking is available in the area, but spaces are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
