The Delta King requires a 24-hour (before 4 PM check-in) cancellation notice. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge for one night's room rate, taxes, and fees. For no-show reservations, the same charge will apply, and any remaining reserved nights will be released. Please keep your cancellation number as proof of cancellation in case of any disputes. Cancellation policies for group reservations will follow the terms outlined in the group's contract.

Location
Delta King is a historic Riverboat located at 1000 Front Street (on the corner of Front and K Streets) in Old Sacramento. You may enter on either Capitol Mall or I Street. Please refer to our website www.deltaking.com for additional information on directions.
Smoking/Cleaning Fee/Damages
The Delta King is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any substance, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, decks, and indoor common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and outdoor dining spaces. Smoking is only allowed in the adjacent wharf area. Guests will be held responsible for any cleaning fees, damages, or losses caused by themselves or their companions. Smoking-related fees, including cleaning and damages, will be charged at a minimum of $350, with the amount increasing based on the extent of damage, cleaning required, and revenue loss to the property.
Pet Policy
The Delta King does not permit pets or comfort animals onboard. However, service animals are welcome as required by law. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their service animal. Service animals must remain under the control of their owner at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. A penalty of $350 will be charged to guests who bring pets or unauthorized animals onboard.
Parking & Valet Rates
The Delta King provides guaranteed parking for its hotel guests. Vehicles are parked in public areas including the wharf, City Street, and city-operated garages. The risk of loss is the same as if guests had parked their vehicles themselves. The Delta King is not responsible for criminal acts or theft. We strongly advise against leaving valuables in your vehicle, as we do not provide insurance coverage for such losses. Additionally, please be aware that our valet parking rates may change at anytime without notice.
Oversized Vehicles & Trailers
Due to height and width limitations, as well as the challenges associated with driving oversized vehicles or those with trailers, we are unable to accommodate them on-site. Please ask our valet for directions to nearby parking areas suitable for such vehicles. Additionally, we are unable to park motorcycles due to insurance restrictions and special licensing requirements.
Hotel Check-in
Check-in is at 4 PM. However, if your room is available earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you. In the event your room is not ready upon arrival, we will gladly store your luggage at the Front Desk and notify you once your room is prepared. The quoted rates are based on one or two occupants; any additional adult guests will incur a charge of $20++ per person. Reservations made under Government State or Federal rates require guests to present a valid State or Federal ID at check-in as proof of employment to qualify for the rate.
Cancelations
