Casa Almarenzo Bed and Breakfast is your private getaway located along Patar Road, Brgy. Estanza, Bolinao, Pangasinan. A small, quaint town located at the western tip of Pangasinan, situated within reach to Bolinao's hidden gems.

Over the years, Bolinao, Pangasinan has been the home of simplicity and relaxing bliss. Casa Almarenzo was built in 2010 as a private residence whenever the family who owns the property wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the metro and prefer to commune with the beautiful and serene beach, sunrise and sunset, and feast in fresh seafood and unique delicacies. However, people have constantly inquired whether it was open for renting, and since we seldom visit the place due to our busy schedules, we’ve decided to open it to the public. Casa Almarenzo has officially opened on Holy Week of 2013. Right now, Casa Almarenzo has been continuously renovating and adding amenities for our guests to enjoy and experience fun under the sun in a new way. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and most of the rooms are fronting the breathtaking South China Sea.

Casa Almarenzo is complete with a bar/restaurant and a common dining area ideal for group or company outings. Our guests can enjoy a game of billiards and darts or try out the kayak adventure with a pair or take on a solo adventure.

In Casa Almarenzo, we strive to provide our guests with utmost privacy and comfort. We see to it that we go beyond your satisfaction and feed your needs and wants in the most personal and best way.

Terms and Conditions

HOTEL POLICES AND RULES

1. BY BOOKING WITH US, you are giving consent to the hotel to (1) obtain personal and sensitive information, or from your authorized representative; (2) collect, use, share, retain and dispose said information to facilitate your booking, verification of your identity, creation of guest databases, and other purposes.

2. I AGREE to receive correspondence through email regarding hotel promotions and online surveys pertaining to my recent visit. Casa Almarenzo Bed & Breakfast shall treat the data with confidentiality. I may retract my consent to receive newsletter and surveys by replying to the email and surveys with the word UNSUBSCRIBE.

3. ALLOWED NUMBER OF GUESTS PER ROOM. Only the allowable number of guest can be accommodated per room (adults and children) and we require excess guests to book another room. Maximum number of guests in each room refers to both adults and children (3 years old and above). Infant 0-2 years old are not counted and are free of charge. If no room is available, we reserve our right to refuse check-in of excess guests not originally booked with us.

4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT. Check-in time - 2:00PM and Check-out time- 12:00NN. Additional hourly charges will apply after 12NN. Half-day charge will be applicable after 3PM and a full day charge 6PM onwards.

5. VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AT THE FRONT DESK in compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code. Additional person exceeding allowed number of occupants per room will be charged Php2,000++ and automatically added to the bill accordingly if the visitor remains beyond midnight.

6. REFUNDABLE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT. A deposit of PHP1500 upon check in is required upon booking. This is to cover possible minor damages that may occur to the property. The amount is refundable within five (5) working days after checkout for credit cards or deposited back into your account if through other payment method. Damage that exceeds the deposit amount will be billed separately. Hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount to partial damages to sets of appliances, furniture, fixtures, and the like.

7. GUEST AUTHORIZES THE HOTEL to charge the guest’s credit card / and or thru any payment means the following: a. any and all unpaid amounts upon check-in; b. amounts corresponding to unpaid charges, missing items, losses, breakages, and other damages in the room confirmed by the hotel directly from guest or within twenty-four hours after guest’s check-out; c. any penalties that may be imposed for guest’s refusal to conform to hotel rules and policies.

8. NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the room and balcony is not allowed. Should smell of cigarette, e-cigarrete or vapes be found, we shall charge you P3,000 as cleaning fee and additional one (1) overnight rate for the room as we cannot immediately rent the room to other guests unless thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

9. ALCOHOLIC & OTHER BEVERAGES. Bringing of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (regardless of quantity) shall be imposed a CORKAGE FEE per overnight stay as follows: Standard Couple Room (P500); Deluxe and Premier Rooms (P850); Family Rooms and Seaview Family Villa (P1000).

10. NO COOKING. Except for Double Bed Family Seaview which allows cooking in its own kitchen. Cooking and bringing of cooking appliances (portable/camping stove, butane type cooker, rice cooker etc.) are not allowed inside the room and anywhere in the hotel. You may request us to cook for you. You can make “paluto” of your raw ingredients at 500/kilo of all ingredients, cooked the way you wanted.

11. NO IN-ROOM PARTY. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed inside and outside the hotel premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite warning will be given to reduce the noise, if not followed, the hotel reserves the right to ask guest to leave hotel without refund.

12. TOWELS. Towels are provided only for the number of persons registered to stay in the room. Towels brought out of the hotel is considered as theft so please don’t bring the towels outside the hotel. If towels were found to have been brought out of the hotel, then we will charge the guest the amount not less than PHP250/towel to cover for the laundry fee. Lost towels will be charged at PHP1000/towel; Additional towel request - PHP100/pc.

13. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We love animals but unfortunately we can’t allow pets in the hotel. Other guests may have allergies to them and we don’t want you to ruin your vacation with happening that you can avoid. But if you happened to have brought it anyway, the hotel reserves the right to charge PHP2,000.00 fee for each undeclared/pet brought into the hotel.

14. CLOSING TIME. Recreational facilities like the Swimming pool, Billiards, Karaoke, Table Tennis, Basketball, Darts and the Mini-bar will be closed at 9:00PM.

15. LOUD MUSIC. We all like our own music, so please keep your music inside your room – so that you don’t have to listen to someone else’s noise!

16. QUIET HOURS. We observe quiet hours from 10:00PM-8:00AM.
