Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: $100.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation penalty of full payment for entire reservation.
Non-Refundable Reservation: If a reservation is made with an arrival date of 7 days or less, it is considered a non-refundable reservation. No refund will be issued for a no show or changes in the number of days of the reservation.
Modification of Reservation: Any changes to a reservation (dates or number of guests) must be made at least 7 days in advance. If changes are requested within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation policy will apply, and no refunds will be issued.
No Show: No refunds will be issued in the event of a no show.

Late Arrivals: If you will be arriving after the office is closed, please give us a call to arrange for your late arrival key pickup.
Rates: All room rates are for double occupancy. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms, and the pet fee is $50 per pet for the first night, and $25 per additional night.
No Smoking: The Tomales Bay Resort is 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.
