Cancellation Policy

Full Refund Policy
Guests can receive a full refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. To cancel, the guest must submit the cancellation by phone or through the booking form on the seventh day before the arrival date.
Partial Refund (50%)
If the guest cancels the booking less than seven (7) days but at least three (3) days before the scheduled arrival date, they are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking amount or service fees, whichever is applicable. The cancellation must be made before 11:59 PM on the third day before the arrival date to qualify for a partial refund.
Same-Day Cancellation
For cancellations made on the scheduled day of arrival, guests will not receive a refund for the first night. For the remainder of the stay, a 50% refund of the booking amount or service fees will be issued.

1. Prices and Taxes
All prices quoted are per night, per room, inclusive of VAT of 9% and exclusive of tourist tax of €3,50 per person per night. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations which will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of booking.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Payment for all accommodations must be made in full before check-in, along with any additional charges incurred during your stay, which are payable upon check-out. We accept cash and debit and credit card. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
3. Traveling with Minors
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be traveling with minors, as certain restrictions may apply. Upon request their is also a baby crib available, please reserve during booking or upon arrival.
4. Accessibility or Special Needs

5. Parking
Paid parking is available in front of the BnB, but we also offer free parking at the Flevoweg. Please ask during check-in for the availability or during booking.

Any disputes or issues arising during your stay should first be addressed with hotel management. We are committed to resolving any problems swiftly and amicably.
7. Use of Personal Information
We collect and use your personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling our service obligations to you. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Liability
We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except in cases of proven negligence or failure to perform our obligations.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, pandemics, or utility failures.
10. Third Party Rights
No third party shall have any rights to enforce any terms or conditions under this agreement.
11. Waiver
