Property Policies:

Hello! Our property manager, NateSanchez (+52 415 149 9092), will greet you at the property upon yourarrival and be available to you throughout your stay. Nate will provide youwith a swipe card for the gated entry; provide you with a key for your unit;take you through a walk-through of your unit and the property; and show you howto view and provide any visitors or deliveries entry usingyour remote access video doorbell. Nate will also share how to usethe control(s) for the flat screen in your unit to enjoy Netflix and otherstreaming programs to which you subscribe. 

Nate will explain our5-stage water purification system which makes the entire house water safe fordrinking and bathing. He will also explain how our complimentary meshwireless blankets the entire property providing 100% uptime through twointernet service providers with 5G wireless. Each unit has a property guidesummarizing these wonderful features designed to make your stay safe,pleasurable and a memorable experience for years to come.

• Pet Free Environment
• Pied à Terre at Casitas Aparicio is an adults only smoke-free environment. Children ages16-17 will be allowed if accompanied by an adult in all public areas of the property at all times.
• Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Check in 3:00pm Check out 11:00am Late Check-in charge after 8:00pm: $20USD. 

CHECK-IN POLICY: Check-in time is3:00pm Check Out time is 11:00 AM. ·      

Late Check-in and Check-out requires PRIORAPPROVAL from Property Manager (Nathan) via text. Cell phone +52 1 415 149 9092.

Late check-out after 11:00am is available at PropertyManager’s discretion until12:00 PM with written consent from Manager PRIORTODATE Of DEPARTURE. 
For Guests that check out later than 11:00 AMwithout prior approval and before 3:00 PM, a late fee will be charged to theircredit card on file at $50.00 per hour. 
In the event guests check out on or after 3:00PM, guests will be charged for another day of rent at the full prevailing rackrate for the unit(s) occupied. 

If guest fails to vacate on or before the agreedupon check out time, Manager reserves the right to move guest belongings to asafe area outside of their unit so that the room can be cleaned and preparedfor the next guest arrival. Guest acknowledges that Pied à Terre at Casitas Aparicio is anon-smoking and no pets property for all spaces interior and exterior. Failureto honor this policy will result in a $50.00/day fine charged to Guest creditcard.  

Guests agree to rent the items listed below for the duration oftheir tenancy at no cost and leave all rented items in their unit at time ofcheck out. In the event Guest would like to remove and /or keep any of therented items at the time of check out (including lost key or lost swipe card),Guest agrees to authorize their credit card to be charged for the items takenin accordance with the purchase prices listed below. Any additional itemsmissing such as towels or blankets will also incur a charge in an amountdiscretionary to the management. Upon confirmation and payment of Guestreservation, Guest acknowledges, understands and agrees to the terms andconditions of our policy.

Force Majeure. Pied-a-terre management,its owners, successors and/or assigns (Management), shall  not beliable or responsible to Guest, nor be deemed to have defaulted under orbreached its policies, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing anyterm of the rental when and to the extent such failure or delay is causedby or results from acts beyond Management's reasonable control, including,without limitation, the following force majeure events (“ForceMajeure Event(s)”) that frustrates the purpose of this Agreement: (a) actsof God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities(whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or othercivil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockadesin effect on or after the date or rental; (f) action by any governmentalauthority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages orslowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (i) epidemic, pandemic or similarinfluenza or bacterial infection (which is defined by the United States Centerfor Disease Control as virulent human influenza or infection that may causeglobal outbreak, or pandemic, or serious illness); (j) emergency state; (k)shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment; (l) shortage of power ortransportation facilities; and (m) other similar events beyond the reasonablecontrol of Management.
