A detailed inspection of the apartment is conducted after check-out. Guests may be charged for
any damages or missing items.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed only after a 50% deposit is received.

Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your reservation,
and the apartment may be reassigned.

7. Guest Responsibilities & Room Policies
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM – Guests are expected to respect the tranquil environment.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Charges for damages or missing items will be billed at market value.
Pre-existing Damage/Maintenance Issues: Must be reported to the front desk upon check-in.
Cooking Restrictions: Avoid cooking with strong-smelling ingredients. A $2,500 MXN deep
cleaning fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required due to lingering odors.
8. Immediate Termination of Stay
We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if:
The number of guests exceeds the agreed number in the booking.
Excessive noise is made during quiet hours.
The apartment is sublet or assigned to other occupants without prior approval.
Unauthorized guests stay overnight (fee: $800 MXN per night, per additional guest).
Guests engage in disruptive behavior affecting other guests or neighbors.
Air conditioners are willfully operated with open windows or doors. Due to the high cost of
electricity in Mexico, if guests are found doing so, we reserve the right to immediately terminate
the stay.
9. Liability & Guest Safety
Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Security Cameras: The premises are monitored for guest safety.
Use of Stairs, Swimming Pool, and Beach: Guests use these facilities at their own risk. The hotel
is not liable for injuries.
Privacy Policy: Hotel employees will not disclose guest information to third parties except law
enforcement when required.
10. Smoking Policy
The entire property, including all apartments and common areas, is 100% smoke-free.
If traces of smoking are found, a $2,500 MXN fine will be applied.
11. Hotel Access & Apartment Entry
Water Cistern Access:
o The City Public Works Department in Bucerias occasionally shuts off the public water
supply, please expect water supply disruptions.
o The hotel has two large underground cisterns (Apartment 9 & Apartment 10) for non-
potable backup water.
o In such cases, we may require unannounced access to these apartments to refill the
cisterns using external water pumping trucks.
Air Conditioning Usage:
o Electricity is very expensive in Mexico. Guests must turn off air conditioners when leaving
the apartment.
o If we suspect an air conditioner has been left running while the guest is away, we reserve
the right to enter the apartment and turn it off.
