Garpeza Backpackers Hostel Policies
- Garpeza Backpackers isn't responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use lockers. We'll do our best to help you get your belongings back.
-Check-in time is 2pm or earlier, subject to bed availability.
-Check out is before 12pm.
-Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm at 8:00 am.
- If you need to check out early, please inform us the day prior and kindly be considerate of other guests during your departure.
- Our dormitory cleaning hours are from 12pm to 2pm. The air conditioners will be turned off between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm in the dorm.
- A ₱100 deposit is required for the use of the locker key and room key. If the key or lock is lost, the deposit will be retained. However, if you opt not to use a lock, no deposit is necessary.
-If you throw up or soil the bed, you will be charged a ₱500 cleaning fee.
-If you damage anything in the hostel you will be charged accordingly.
-if you must make a tab for payment then we will ask you to leave your passport with us until payment is made.
-Throwing toilet paper or anything in the toilet is PROHIBITED! If you are caught putting toilet paper in the toilet you will be charged ₱1000, if you clog a toilet, you will be charged ₱3000. This is NO JOKE our septic cannot handle toilet paper. Please throw any tissues in the trash bin provided. We will happily change your trash whenever you ask.
-Please refrain from sexual activities in the dorm. We are not a party hostel. The beds are not designed to support this. Please be respectful of your dorm mates.
-all rooms and dorm beds will be checked before checking out. -Bag storage is free of charge.
-Please be respectful of all staff and have a great time at Garpeza Backpackers.
