POLÍTICAS DE HOSPEDAJE

 

GENERALES

La hora de entrada es a las 15:00y la salida a las 12:00 Las tarifas sonen pesos mexicanos, en ocupación Sencilla o Doble por noche más Impuestos, la personaextra tiene un cargo adicional de $ 650 MXN por noche y en todas las estanciasdeben ser prepagadas. No se permite fumar dentro de las Suites. En caso de hacerlo,se realizará un cargo de $5,000 Pesos por penalización. No estápermitido el acceso a mascotas en el hotel, solo bajo solicitud con un cargoadicional de $ 650 MXN por noche las cuales deberán acatar al 100% el reglamentopara mascotas pequeñas. En caso desolicitar salida tarde esta quedará sujeta a disponibilidad y con un cargo de $900Pesos hasta las 5:00 PM, a partir de esa hora, se cobrará renta total.
CAMBIOS, CANCELACIONES Y SALIDAS ANTICIPADAS Las reservaciones se pueden cancelarsin penalización 21 días antes de la fecha de llegada y le será proporcionadoun número de cancelación que deberá de conservar. Si se cancela entre 20 y 7días de anticipación se cobrará 50% de la estancia total; y si se cancela enmenos de 7 días, se hará cargo por estancia total.Si el huésped informa a su llegadaque disminuirá su estancia se aplicará un cargo equivalente a una noche. Si se desea extender la reservación,esta quedará sujeta a disponibilidad del hotel y puede variar la tarifa. 

SEGURIDAD

El hotel no se hace responsable por artículosno depositados dentro del caja de seguridad ni en áreas comunes. Solo sepermite el acceso de visitantes a el área de restaurante en horario de 8:00AM a 10:00 PM Se espera de todos los huéspedes y visitantes uncomportamiento adecuado y cordial. Cualquier daño o faltante en la habitaciónserá cubierta por el huésped antes de su salida del hotel. El Hotel se reserva el derecho denegar acceso o desalojar a cualquier persona cuyo comportamiento sea molesto, ofalte el respeto a otros huéspedes o colaboradores.

CHANGES,CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES

Reservations can be canceled without penalty 21 daysbefore the arrival date and you will be provided with a cancellation numberthat you must keep. If you cancel between 20 and 7 days in advance, 50% of thetotal stay will be charged; and if it is canceled in less than 7 days, it willbe charged for the total stay.If the guest informs upon arrival that his stay willbe reduced, a charge equivalent to one night will be applied.If you wish to extend the reservation, it will besubject to hotel availability and the rate may vary. 

SECURITY

The hotel is not responsible for items not depositedin the safe or in common areas. Visitors are only allowed access to the restauranarea from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Appropriate and cordial behavior is expected ofall Guests and Visitors. 

Anydamage or loss in the room will be charged to guest upon check out

The Hotel reserves the right to deny access or evictany person whose behavior is annoying, or disrespects other Guests orCollaborators.
