Cancellations made on our official website require a minimum notice of 48 hours before the initial check-in date and time (2:00 PM) for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 48-hour period or no-shows will result in charges for the full deposit and will not be eligible for a refund.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Hostal Casa Pandora, Women's Hostel
1. Exclusivity for women. Hostal Casa Pandora is an exclusive space for women. Reservations that do not comply with this provision will be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policies, with the right to a refund.2. Prices and taxes. Our prices and services are subject to a 13% VAT tax.
3. Check-in and check-out policies:
- Check-in: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m.
4. Parking. The property does not have parking inside the building. However, there are parking options available on the street in front of the property and public parking nearby.
5. Events at the hostel. The special activities and workshops that are held at the hostel are not included in the reservation. We will publish the available events on our Instagram and website so that guests can book them additionally.
6. Resolution of errors or claims. For any questions or clarifications, you can contact us through the official phone number and email: +506 8579-5000 and hostalcasapandora@gmail.com.
7. Use of personal information. Guest data is kept confidential and is only used for registration, contact, reservations, and the creation of personalized codes for smart locks.
8. Responsibilities. Casa Pandora is not responsible for any damage or loss of objects within the property. Each guest must take care of their own belongings.
9. Force majeure events. Casa Pandora is not responsible for force majeure events that may affect the operation of the hostel, such as natural disasters, public utility outages, or emergency situations. In the event of any of these events, the necessary measures will be taken to ensure the safety of the guests, and any changes or modifications to the services will be promptly informed.
10. Modifications to the terms and conditions. Casa Pandora reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be informed of any changes through our website, social networks, or email.
11. Acceptance of the terms and conditions. By making a reservation at Hostal Casa Pandora, it is understood that the guest has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
