At Joys Inn, our top priority is to provide a great experience and hospitable service to all of our guests.  During your stay with us, we would appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines to allow everyone a pleasant experience. Please be aware this property has a zero tolerance rule in effect for any violent or threatening behavior and or language to any of our staff and or guests. The Innkeepers Oath is posted on the back of all room doors. You are responsible to read this as it is part of our terms and conditions agreement.  You must be at least 18 years old and have provided a valid government issued photo ID, such as a passport, or driver’s license.  You may be required to present a valid credit, debit or bank card that matches the name on the confirmed reservation and the I.D. provided.  You are the registered guest in the room and have listed all other visitors, guests and pets with the front desk. You are responsible for your guests, visitors and pets. You have declared all pets upon check in and agree to abide by our pet policy. You fully understand this property is smoke free and recognize the provincial and local laws that prohibit smoking of any kind in our rooms or common area. No smoking of any kind inside the building or within 10 feet of any entrances including guest doors and windows.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE SMOKING POLICY WILL RESULT IN A CLEANING FEE OF $250.  Checkout time is before 11:00am, delayed checkouts may result in a additional room fee.  If you are not checked out by 1:00 pm you will be charged for an additional nights stay at your current rate.  You understand that Management reserves the right to and will enter all guests rooms each day.  Joys Inn is not responsible for any accidents, injuries to guests or visitor’s or pets, or for loss of property from guests rooms or vehicles on our premises. You agree to isolate all guests within the room should anyone in your room present symptoms of a communicable virus.  You accept the inherent risk of exposure to communicable and contagious diseases such as Covid-19 by staying on the property and acknowledge that other guests, employees and third parties may carry and spread the virus whether symptomatic or not.  By renting a room, you voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by such viruses or diseases and you release Joys Inn from all liability for any injury, illness, disability, death, damage, loss or claim related to or arising out of the virus.  You understand that if you are using a bank card or debit card, the card may be authorized for the amount of the stay plus incidentals and deposits, those funds may not be released for up to 2 weeks depending on individual bank policies.  We require a $250 deposit per room at check in, please note if you do not have room on said card you will be required to secure the deposit before you can be checked in.  Any damages, fees, etc. Will be posted on the card on file and damages could take up to 2 weeks before you see a charge if we require quotes or estimates to begin repairs.  Missing or damaged items from the room will be charged on a per item basis which will be available for you upon request.  Joy’s inn is not responsible for any overdraft fees or penalties incurred on said cards.  You understand that this location may have specific policies, for clarification please inquire at front desk.  Joys Inn is independently owned and operated and Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and will not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  Failure to comply with the above items, guest policy and pet policy may result in eviction without any right to refund.  Welcome and thank you for choosing Joys Inn.
