TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.Standard CHECK-OUT time is 10AM; CHECK-IN time is 2PM. Early check-in and late check-out maybe requested at the front office (subject to availability). If available, CHARGES may apply.
2.Night extensions are subject to availability.
3.Room rate(s) is/are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s).
4.CANCELLATION POLICY:
(a.) Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 14 DAYS before arrival. 50% of the price will be charged between 14 and 7 days and the total price if cancelled 7 DAYS before arrival.
5.NO SHOW:
(a.) Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of reservation.
6.During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our Front Office will request for a deposit of 50% of the reservation value paid via online payment link or bank transfer. The deposit is fully refundable until 14 days before check-in date.
7.Room Confirmation Clause
(a.)For Travel Agencies: All reservations shall be made via email with the attached statement of account. The Hotel will only send the booking confirmation voucher once the payment is made, and reservation is confirmed. Otherwise, the booking will not be honored by the hotel.
8.Guest’s Belongings:
(a.)Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of the rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the guest, safe boxes are provided in the room to store any valuables.
(b.)The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property left in either the resort room or any other part of the premises for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

9.Child rate:
(a.)Children 7 years old and below and sharing beds with parents are free of charge on room accommodation, breakfast is NOT included.
(b.)Children 8 years old and above, shall be counted as adults.
10.All information contained in this agreement are private and confidential and may not be disclosed or obligated to a third party for whatever reason or purpose.
