PREPAYMENT
PRICE AND TAXES
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival.
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah per room per night and are inclusive of taxes. Prices are subject to availability and can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency. Blackout/speacial event periods may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
Please carefully review the cancellation policies for each room rate or plan before booking. Some rates are non-refundable, while others offer refunds. Choose the rate type wisely to avoid any inconvenience. Each booking platform—such as MOON VILLAS UMALAS website, Booking.com, Expedia group, or Airbnb—has its own cancellation conditions. Kindly refer to these conditions and adhere to the standards provided.

- Reschedule: Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the length of the stay must remain the same.
- Upon arrival, a security deposit of IDR2,000,000 or an equivalent amount in foreign currency is mandatory. Only cash is accepted for the deposit. Your deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to room inspection. Check-in cannot proceed without payment of this deposit.
CHECKING-IN & OUT
- Check-in : After 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability. It may require us to empty the villa on the previous day. Should you arrive earlier, you may drop off your luggage at the reception until your villa is ready.
- Check-out : Before 11:00. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless we've agreed on a different time beforehand. Late check-outs depend on villa availability. Please check with us at least a day before leaving. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of Rp 500,000 per hour. Checking out after 2:00 p.m. will result in an additional night's fee. Kindly return room keys upon departure; lost keys incur replacement costs.
