REBOOKING - 15 days notice from the date of arrival, exception for ( EMERGENCY CASES, WEATHER, HEALTH CONDITION,FLIGHT CANCELLATION) just send us a proof of the unexpected event.
Terms and Conditions
-PLEASE READ THIS GUIDELINES BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATIONS.
- After the confirmation of booking when booking, the receptionist will be checking for confirmation if the down payment was made, if you still haven't receive any booking confirmation on your email provided in the fill up sections means your booking is unconfirmed and may void withing one day if the reservation pay is not been made.
- Bringing outside food is allowed but there will be CORKAGE FEE (P100 / head per night) *only 18plus will be the one who will be charged
- Check - in time is starting at 2:00 pm (PST) and Check out would be at 12:00 nn (PST) the following day or the specific check out date.
- Full - Payments would be settled upon arrival to the resort before checking in.
- Parking are available within the vicinity of the resort
- THE BEACH are ONLY ACCESSIBLE FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM, swimming outside of this timeframe are strictly prohibited, as per MUNICIPAL ORDER and COAST GUARD.
- POOL are ACESSIBLE FROM 7AM TO 10PM in the evening, swimming outside this timeframe are strictly prohibited as per management
- SWIMMING IN THE POOL OR THE BEACH UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED, management will not be responsible for any injuries/accidents that will happen due to this.
- COOKING and SMOKING inside the accommodation are PROHIBITED, there are specific area for cooking and grilling in the resort.
- DRINKING ALCOHOL or BRINGING SNACKS or FOOD around the pool area are PROHIBITED.
- Bringing any kind of GLASSWARE around the pool area are PROHIBITED to avoid any kind of accident
- CHILDREN`S are not allowed to swim without any proper parental guidance.
- PETS are not allowed to swim in the pool, but can come to you in the pool area.
- Resort`s management will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the suites, rooms or in any other places, please be mindful of your belongings and always lock your door.
