We are a small boutique dive resort in Togian islands, a remote paradise in Sulawesi Island. Very cozy and personal. Here you can have the feeling of being one with the nature, just by the ocean. We paid a lot of attention to the surroundings and our guests needs while designing our accommodation. Both jungle houses and tree houses are built in harmony with the nature leaving behind as small footprint as possible.
The bungalows are located far away from each others giving you a lot of privacy. They are spacious and half of the walls are made out of glass giving you a lot of light and a great sea & sunset views. All the room prices include 3 delicious meals and drinking water, coffee and tea.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- The bookings are 75% refundable if cancellations are made at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Bookings are 50% refundable if cancellations are made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Early departures are non-refundable.
Failure to arrive on the booked arrival date without prior notification is considered as a 'No Show'. In this case, your payment is non-refundable, and we cannot guarantee your room for subsequent days.

Booking and confirmation:
The booking is confirmed only after a full payment.
Accepted payment methods are bank transfers (IBAN, WISE, Revolut) and PayPal. If these don't work for you, please contact us by email and we'll see what other options we have.
In the resort we accept bank transfers (wise&revolut preferred), PayPal and cash.
Prices and taxes:
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and include three meals per day, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.
Room Policy:
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged at market value.
Dispute Resolution and Feedback:
We encourage open communication to address any concerns during your stay.
Please contact the management in the resort if you have any issues and we do our best to solve them during your stay.
Please notice that we are located in a remote area, next to a jungle and by the ocean.
We consider it a paradise, but if you are unsure that you would feel the same, please double-check with us to make sure we are able to cater your expectations.
Wifi / Internet:
If you still have time and energy after all the diving and other water activities, you can share your experiences with the rest of the world by our satellite internet.
We provide vouchers for the connection.
Electricity:
Electricity is available during the evening&night hours, from 6 PM to 6 AM.
All bungalows have sockets for charging your devices and fans to cool you off during the night.
Transportation:
We can hook you up with some transportation options in Central Sulawesi area.
The services are provided by third party and we are not to be held responsible for their quality, pricing, value or reliability.
Accessibility:
The resort is not accessible by road and we have a lot of steps and stairs in the resorts. Thus it may not be suitable for guests with wheelchairs or severe physical limitations.
Please contact us before booking to discuss possible options.
Liability:
The hotel is not liable for theft or injuries on the premises but will assist in resolving any incidents.
Please always lock your bungalow when you are not inside.
Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable or offer compensation for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.
