The full reservation amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Single Room Change/Cancellation Policy
We will refund your full reservation amount LESS the payment processing fee when we are given five days notice of cancellation. Please let us know by 3pm in writing via email.
Please email us at host@staymajestic.com with your cancellation or change request. We will do our best to help you change your reservation based on availability. Rates may differ based on your new requirements.
No refund will be given for no shows, early departures or for cancellations made within five days of arrival.
Road Closures
We understand that mountain roads can be hazardous but we expect guests to estimate their mountain driving capabilities and also operate/rent suitable vehicles for these conditions. We also understand that highway delays and closures can happen unexpectedly and we do not wish guests to put themselves in dangerous situations. We will provide refunds when CDOT (the Colorado Department of Transport), via CoTrip.org, issues a road closure on Highway 91 and/or 24 and Interstate 70 for an extended period of time.
We are a small, family-run business that relies on our lodging income to support ourselves. We appreciate you understanding our circumstances in these situations. We also recommend domestic travel insurance to help with the cost of cancellations if we are unable to provide a refund in your circumstance.

House Rules/Reservation Policies
The hosts please ask that you agree to our policies and to respect the house, the hosts and other guests.
Accessibility
There are stairs up to the first floor of the house. The only bathrooms with step in showers are The Banker's Suite and The Sister's Suite. The Parlour, Ramblin' Rose and Servant's Quarters require guests to step over the tub and into the shower. The Ramblin' Rose and The Servant's Quarters are on the the second floor and stairs are required to access these rooms. The Ramblin' Rose bathroom has steps DOWN to the bathroom.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 10pm. No loud noise after this time- No extra guests without discussing with the owners first. Strict room occupancy is displayed when booking.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is available from 7am-10pm daily unless notified otherwise. Please shower before swimming. Please switch off the high jets and lights before leaving and close the cover. Not doing these things may overheat the motor or cause damage to the hot tub and guests may be charged if repair is required.
Parking
We offer on-street parking is parallel to the curb on both sides of the street. We have enough space directly in front of the house to fit three cars but the street is zoned public parking so you may park anywhere along 4th street. Please avoid parking directly in front of the pizza shop.
Cancellations/Changes
If cancellation or changes are made by 3pm, 5 days before arrival you will receive a full refund LESS the credit card processing fee that we were charged. This is 2.9% of the booking value + 30c. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, bookings made within 5 days, no shows and early departures will forfeit their payment. Reservations made during peak season may differ. Please refer to your specific policy provided at the time of booking.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-Out
100% of the reservation amount is due at the time of booking. You will receive your self check-in instructions four days prior to arrival including your front door code. Each room has it's own individual key. Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm. Please let the host know ahead of time if you expect to arrive after 10pm. Check-out is 11am. Please leave your key in the door and remember to take your belongings.
Generally we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out due to requiring this time to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of the rooms.
Traveling with Children
We love having children at the house and are very family. There are open fireplaces in The Banker's Suite and The Parlour to be mindful of with little ones. We can offer a pack 'n' play for your use.
General Policies
Do not share your door code.
Please do not enter a room that is not your own.
Please do not use the wifi to illegally download or view any copyrighted material.
The house is a non-smoking house. You may respectfully smoke outside. Smoking indoors will incur an extra $40 cleaning fee.
Rooms are not wheelchair accessible and there are stairs to access most rooms.
We will hold items left behind for 30 days. We are happy to forward these items to you via USPS at your expense + $5 service charge.
Guests not respecting the house rules may be asked to leave mid-stay, without refund.
Please read your specific refund/cancellation policy as the policy changes depending on the season.
This is a large share house and so the number one rule while staying here is respect. Respect for the other guests, respect for the owners/host and respect for the house and its contents. People (both old and young) from all walks of life, stay with us and there can be as many as 15 people staying in the house at any one time.
