*Holidays may require a 3 - or 4 - night minimum stay, and include: New Year's Eve Weekend, Valentine's Day / President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Halloween Celebration. Deposits are non-refundable.

Subject to 13% state & local hotel tax and a $22.12 (+ tax) per night resort fee.
